The Dow High Counseling Center is dedicated to helping students manage their lives, inside and outside of school. The Counseling Department handles everything from having a blank third hour to dropping your fifth as well as providing a friendly face to turn to when a student needs to talk. Counselors check in with students regularly as well as offer additional meetings when needed. To make an appointment with your counselor, sign up in the Counseling Office.

Transcript requests for college applications, scholarships, and various summer program opportunities are made in the Counseling Center, through the student counselor, or the office professional. There is a $5 service fee for the first five transcript requests and a $10 fee for requests of six and more for college applications.
Docufide is the new Michigan eTranscript provider. MPS student transcripts, letters of recommendation and school reports are submitted securely to the post-secondary institutions selected by students. All Michigan colleges accept eTranscripts. Any Michigan resident can use Docufide to request transcripts from any school in the Docufide system.
