If you are a graduate of Herbert Henry Dow High School and would like to be listed in our Alumni Registry, please complete the following form. Leave any items blank that do not apply or that you prefer not to have listed. The information gathered will be posted to the Alumni Registry as time and staff permits.

You are welcome to submit your entry during the summer months, but your information will not be processed or posted until classes resume in the fall.
